Josie's Fourth Birthday Bonanza

Josie Hayden turned four years old on June 3, but why celebrate on one day when you can have a whole birthday weekend bonanza?

On day one, Josie celebrated her birthday at school along with all the other summer birthday classmates. They wore crowns, made a dragonfly craft, and ate dirt.

On the same day, three days before her actual birthday, knowing that we wouldn't have time later, Josie opened her birthday presents.

For Josie's pre-birthday weekend the whole family along with Grammy and Grandpa Bob took a trip up to Disneyland, a first for all. The girls had a phenomenal time and the adults were pleasantly surprised at how much fun they had.

Determination
Since the line for Splash Mountain was short, the guys decided to take a ride. Meanwhile the gals rode The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Josie got to meet one of her idols, Tinkerbell, in Pixie Hollow. Tink thought Josie might have a water talent, which totally made the 45 minute wait worthwhile for Daddy.

Daddy insisted on a birthday lunch in Ariel's Grotto so he could score some photo ops with all the Disney Princesses. While drinking beer.

On the evening of Josie's actual birthday, she celebrated at her home with her preschool and Stroller Strides friends. Bridget from Snap Tap and Sing helped the kids make a clay craft while everyone ate tacos and red velvet cake.
