Family friends Todd and Stacy have attended Soup Off for at least half a decade now, and Josie was quite pleased to meet their son, Asa, a week her elder.
Josie was reunited with her cousin Avery and finally got to meet Avery's sister, Braelin. All three toddlers were well-behaved once they each had their own phone.
Grandpa Bob "helped" his buddy PD make a rocking horse for the tots to ride. They did a fine job sharing for almost-two-year-olds, and during their waking hours Asa, Josie, and Avery kept that saddle good and warm.
Josie's Uncle John drove all the way from Nashville for the weekend. Josie rewarded his long drive by changing his name from John to John Scared. While she acted as though he were the most terrifying guy, she wouldn't let him out of her sight and asked for him whenever she couldn't see him.
Josie ate very little soup at the Soup Off in favor of socializing with friends young and grown-up.
Grammy bought Josie winter clothes so that she would be able to enjoy the snow despite the frigid weather. On the day of her arrival the temperature was in the 50's, but for the majority of the trip the mercury did not pass 20 degrees. Josie enjoyed her snow romps; everyone else enjoyed her resemblance to A Christmas Story's Randy Parker.

With a final snow romp under her belt, it was time for Josie to get her family down to the Pittsburgh International Airport for a picture with Franco Harris and an on time departure.

...and everyone sooo enjoyed seeing all of you!
